Sadhu Prof. V. Rangarajan, Founder Trustee of Sister Nivedita Academy, Sri Bharatamata Gurukula Ashram and Bharatamata Mandir at Bangalore, entered into dedicated service for the Hindu cause over five decades ago. Drawn into the spiritual field, he received initiation from H.H. Yogi Ramsuratkumar, Godchild, Tiruvannamalai. Glimpses of a Great Yogi is a grand and comprehensive compendium on the life and mission of one of the greatest Avataras of the Divine in the recent period in the history of Bharatavarsha — Bhagavan Yogi Ramsuratkumar, Godchild, Tiruvannamalai. In this work, the conversations of the sadhu with Bhagavan are presented in detail, with the date of his visit. It covers the sadhu’s report to Bhagavan about each and every activity, and the permission and directions that Bhagavan lovingly provided. Poojya Swami Chidananda of Divine Life Society, Rishikesh in his BENEDICTION for the first edition of Glimpses of A Great Yogi wrote:“Many will be inspired from Prof. Rangarajan’s frank and sensitive narration of his encounter and personal experiences with this exceptional enlightened soul”. Thus spoke Yogi Ramsuratkumar on Glimpses of a Great Yogi: “Rangarajan, by writing this book, has made this beggar a 'Yogi' – not an ordinary Yogi, but a 'Great Yogi'—and people, after reading it, come here to see the 'Yogi', but see only a beggar!”, saying this Yogi Ramsuratkumar, who used to always address Himself as a beggar, burst into laughter.
